Content and Structure

The straight woven tape is 3/16" wide.  If using the woven faux tape on your casket edge, use two widths to give the right proportions.  It is available in two metallic colors, a silver and a gold.  They are metalized polyester strips over a dark core fiber to give an antiqued look.  A flat metalized polyester strip is woven down the middle.  

A lace edged version is available.

Uses of Faux Webgimpe

Apply two rows of faux webgimpe against the edges of the casket and over the cut edge of the embroidery to hide it.  Apply the tape using an acid free PVA glue.

• A double casket requires approximately 28 meters
• A flat top with doors casket needs approximately 18 meters.
• A flat top casket needs approximately 18 meters
• A short flat top casket needs approximately 14 meters

Uses of Faux Woven Lace Edge

This antiqued looking metallic lace works well to edge small projects such as the scissors gloves.  It can also be used as an edging on caskets.
